Greetly Single Sign-On Authentication

Enhanced Single Sign-On Experience with SAML Support

Greetly now supports SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), extending the login experience for clients using SAML-compliant Identity Providers (IdPs), such as Google, Okta, and ADFS. This enhancement simplifies access to Greetly.

  • Streamlined Login: Users can now log in effortlessly using their existing SAML-compliant SSO provider credentials.
  • SSO Coverage Expansion: With SAML support, you can enable any SAML-supported SSO provider.

How It Works

Configuration: Admins can configure SAML SSO directly within the Greetly Admin Portal.

Navigate to the Greetly Admin and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

The Entity ID, Assertion consumer service URL, Sign On URL, and Single Logout URL will automatically populate, after SSO is connected to Greetly.

Integration: Works seamlessly with major SAML-compliant providers, including Okta, ADFS, and more.

Access: Once configured, users can log in via their IdP, accessing Greetly without additional credentials.
