Did you recently download Greetly's Touchless Receptionist app and need help finding your code? Is the location pin code section blank? Or, are you putting in the correct pin code, but getting an error?
**Please note that you must be logged into the Greetly web admin account as a global admin in order to get this information.

To log into your visitor management system, your code is the last 5 digits in your URL.
* From your web browser
Please follow these easy steps:
- Click on "Location Setup"
- Scroll down to the "Location Pin Code" section
Enter the code in your device, not case sensitive.
If the "Location Pin Code" is blank, follow the steps below:
Click on "App Settings"
Click on "Welcome page"
Scroll down to the "No-Touch URL" section
If the last 5 digits of your URL says "null", toggle the "Regenerate No-Touch URL Daily" on. If it's already turned on, then toggle it off and back on and then click on the "Publish" button and a new code should appear. Enter the code in your device, not case sensitive.
*Please note that if you turn on the Regenerate No-Touch URL Daily button, it will give you a new code daily and if it's off the code will remain the same.

If you are entering the correct location pin code and getting an error on your device, follow these steps:
- Go to your device settings
- Check to make sure the date and time is accurate on your device
- Try logging into the app with your 5-digit pin code
