      Yet as an iPad receptionist, sometimes we need to know your iPad model when troubleshooting the very rare issue.

      Fortunately, identifying your iPad model is quite simple. Here are the steps:

      • From the iPad's home screen tap Settings > General > Model. (Or, if you have an amazing eye site, you can find it on the back of your iPad.)
      • Tap on the M Number to get an A Number
      • Use Macworld's chart to identify the iPad Model.
