      Why Can’t My Visitor See the Fields to Input Information in Greetly (Text Too Light)?

      Are you not seeing the visitor entry field names on your iPad while running Greetly's visitor management system?  

      Your iPad may be set to "Dark Mode". Let's turn it off.

      How to turn off dark mode on an Apple iPad

      1. From the iPad's home screen, tap Settings > Display & Brightness.
      2. Select light to turn off Dark Mode.

      To turn Dark Mode on or off from Control Center, pull down from the top-right corner of your device, then touch and hold the brightness control . Then tap  Dark Mode On or Best manufacturing visitor check-in software Dark Mode Off.

      Adjust brightness in the control center

      You can quickly adjust brightness in Control Center:

      1. On an iPhone X or later, or an iPad with iOS 12 or iPad OS, swipe down from the top-right corner of your display. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, or on an iPod touch, swipe up from the bottom edge of your display.
      2. Drag the brightness bar  up or down to adjust the brightness.
