Help! I'm trying to log into another Greetly account on my iPad, but it remains logged into the previous account.

Are you having issues logging into another Greetly account from your iPad even though you've hard closed the app, it still remains logged into the previous account?

No worries!

Clicking on the "Log out" button will log you out of the app safely and securely. 

You can follow these simple steps:

  • Locate your logo on the "Welcome page" (**Please note if you don't have your logo set up you'll need to add it from the web browser in order to follow these steps)
  • Now tap 3 times fast on your logo on the check-in option page (you'll see a hidden menu appear)
  • Click on the "Log out" button

  • Lastly, you can log into the other location using the 5 digit code assigned to that location (Click here on instructions on how to locate your 5 digit pin).

Please note if didn't have your logo uploaded and had to add it from your web admin account, you'll need to delete and re-install the app.
