How to Factory Reset Your Brother QL-820NWB or QL-820NWBc Printer?

You can reset your Brother QL-820NWB or QL-820NWBc printer using the LCD menu.

Press the [Menu] button.

Press the UP or Down Arrow button to select [Administration], and then press the [OK] button.

Press the UP or Down Arrow button to select [Reset], and then press the [OK] button.

Press the UP or Down Arrow button to select the reset menu, and then press the [OK] button.

Reset menu	Settings	Description
Factory Reset	Reset Back	Returns all printer settings, including the communication settings and device settings, to their factory defaults. Templates and databases stored in the printer are also deleted.
User Data Reset	Reset Back	Returns all device settings to their factory defaults. Templates and databases stored in the printer are also deleted.
Network Reset	Reset Back	Returns the communication settings to their factory defaults.
