Turn on visitor badge printing

  1. Visit the Greetly web-based admin > Check-In Options.

  3. If you click to "Customize Badge Settings", make sure to leave the IP address empty.

**Please note that you cannot reprint badges manually

Test printing

NOTE: Greetly works with Brother DK-1202 or equivalent labels. The sample labels that come with the printer are a different model. Before testing, make sure you have the correct labels.

You have two options for testing your setup:

  1. On your iPad, open the Greetly app, and check in as a visitor. A badge will print a couple of seconds after you complete the check-in workflow.
  2. On your iPad, press and hold your logo. A secret menu will open. Click "Test Printer" and a badge will print.

And just like that everyone will be able to recognize and greet your guests.
