Greetly is a highly configurable check-in app for business and events. Even better, getting started is easy. There are no setup costs or technical skills required.

Devices Greetly works with:

1) iPads & Tablet Devices

a. Apple iPads (iOS). To use Greetly's latest features, we recommend using, Apple iPad Air 3rd Generation or newer (iPad iOS 16.3 or later).

b. Receptionist Hardware

You can also visit our partner site, Receptionist Hardware. All of the products listed on that website are fully compatible with Greetly.
 

Note: Make sure you confirm the device is an Apple iPad Air 3rd Generation or newer and able to update to (iPad iOS 16.3 or later) before purchasing.


2) Greetly will also function with some Android tablets (Android OS version 12.0 and up).

  • Make sure you confirm the device is an Android tablet (Android 12.0 and up) before purchasing. Feel free to check with your Senior Account Manager here at Greetly before purchasing an Android device.

3) Thermal Temperature Scanner (Optional)

Customer sign in system with temperature scanningGreetly recommends having the following minimum specs when using our thermal temperature scanning feature. iOS 13,x or above (Android 10 or above), 1.8 Ghz and 3GB RAM. 4) Kiosks/Stands/Mounts

The only other required check-in app hardware is a mount to make sure your tablet is secure and highly visible to visitors. Your selection will depend on your lobby area, available space, and cost. Standard options include:
  • Desktop stand
  • Floorstand kiosk
  • Wall mount

All options are readily available for every iOS and many popular Android tablets. 5) Visitor Badge Printer (Optional)

Check in app with realtime visitor badge printingNot only can Greetly capture visitor photos, but it can also print visitor badges. If you implement this option, Greetly is compatible with the Brother QL-820NWB printer and with DK-1202 labels for the USA ONLY. Outside of the USA, you will need the DK-11202 labels.   

IMPORTANT: The sample labels shipped with the Brother printer are DK-2205. The printer will not respond unless the correct labels are used. <--
