      Greetly Product Improvements (September 2023 Web Update)

      Updated Password Requirements  

      Password requirements for Greetly have been updated.


      New requirements:

      • Minimum 10 characters
      • 1 upper-case letter
      • 1 lower-case letter
      • 1 number
      • 1 special character (such as $, #, &)

      Custom badge builder showing the check-in ID  

      When creating a badge in the customized check-in workflow, you can now add the visitor’s check-in ID to the badge. Adding this check-in ID guarantees that each badge has a unique number and cannot be reused.

      User login

      Employee and Security role users are now automatically redirected to the Visitor Log upon login.

      The current version number and a handy link to the Greetly Help Center now appear in the footer of Greetly webpages.
